We allow refund and return within 24 hours form the moment the reciept is made. With the following conditions:

• Purchased items must be intacted and unused.

• The seal must be intacted, with no signs of peeling off.

• Customer must have full invoices/reciepts and buying information.

In case the goods are damaged by the manufacturer, customers please immediately contact us via phone, facebook or zalo. Or bring the product to the store as soon as possible for support.

In case the customer did not keep the receipt, cannot prove if they had purchased the items at the store, or the deadline to refund had passed, Họa phẩm 62 has the right to not refund.
